Leading developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) fully sold out Velmiro Heights Davao in just 2 days, generating Php 2.7 billion in sales. The development is the listed company’s second horizontal project in Davao City.

The 362-unit Velmiro Heights Davao is located on an 11.52-hectare lot in Barangay Magtuod and has stunning views, generous spaces, wide road networks, pedestrian circulation and security. The property has single-detached and single-attached Zen-inspired houses on lot sizes ranging from 100 to 258 square meters and priced from P5.2M to P11.15M.

Velmiro Heights Davao is the seventh residential development of CLI’s Velmiro brand, which is part of the listed company’s Garden Series catering to the mid and upper mid-market buyers and is efficiently designed to maximize space. The brand has a total of 2,377 residential units all over Visayas and Mindanao.

“The record-breaking sales performance of Velmiro Heights Davao shows the strong market acceptance of CLI’s projects in Davao,” says CLI chairman and CEO Jose Soberano III. “The residential projects we launched in the area have been selling out in just a few days or within weeks after market introduction.”

The listed company has residential, hotel, mixed-use and township projects in Davao. Its maiden 694-unit Mesatierra Garden Residences is already completed. This was followed by the site development completion of the 23-hectare Davao Global Township awarded as Best Township in Asia by the Asia Property Awards.

By the last quarter of 2024, CLI will start turning over Casa Mira Towers LPU Davao units along with those from One Paragon Place, the residential component of the mixed-use The Paragon

Globe has been at the forefront of efforts to strictly implement and comply with the SIM Registration Act, ensuring that all SIMs currently in use are registered. Globe does not allow any customer to use an unregistered SIM. Under its current system, a new SIM is only activated once registered through Globe’s SIM registration platforms. “We designed our SIM Registration system in such a way that no SIM can be used on the network unless registered. Therefore, all active SIMs within our network are in our system. Even as we continue to enhance our SIM registration platform, we already have measures in place that defend against the illegal use of unregistered SIMs,” said Darius Delgado, Globe Vice President and Head of Consumer Mobile Business. Globe currently has 58.8 million mobile subscribers. Following the registration period from December 27, 2022 to July 30, 2023, which covered SIMs already in use before passage of the law, Globe deactivated over 30 million unregistered SIMs. Since
