ALPI to hold groundbreaking ceremony for Aeon Bleu this December


Davao City — Aeon Luxe Properties Incorporated (ALPI) is set to hold the groundbreaking ceremony for Aeon Bleu this December 12, 2022 at Bacaca Road, Poblacion  District, Davao City.

The series of changes in large-scale constructions like Aeon Bleu is inevitable, still and all, may prove crucial to its ultimate success. For Aeon Luxe Properties, constant setbacks have been frustrating, but things seem to be coming together well enough for us to break ground before the end of the year.



Totaling 16,694 square meters, the mixed-use development project is home to six distinct  structures (two residential towers, one condotel, one corporate tower, one Club Aeon, and one future development). These high-rises offer picturesque panoramas of the surrounding landscape, including Mount Apo, the Davao River, and the island of Samal in the distance. The tallest of these buildings can have up to 26 stories.

The building's design is drawn from the stepped geometry of the terraces, with its distinctive and beautifully curved lines that imitate the pattern of the river in the landscape. Uniquely, the Blue Living strikes a perfect balance between the luxury of city living and chaste sceneries.

Towers 1 and 2 will house the residential flats of Aeon Bleu and provide some of the nicest vistas in all of Davao City, with a view of the Island Garden City of Samal and the Davao Gulf from one side, and Mt. Apo on a distance from the other.

Tower 3 is a hotel-operated condotel equipped with revolutionary technology like a digital concierge, fiber optic backbone, and smart home features. If you own a unit in the condotel, you can put it up for rent while you're not using it. Thus, you can expect a favorable passive income while you're away. 

Tower 4 is a corporate tower that will be available to accommodate the needs of every business. It will feature shared workspaces, private offices, and everything in between. Its location on the fringes of Davao's central business district means it's convenient for getting to all the city's essential establishments and government offices.

Club Aeon, the fifth piece of Aeon Bleu, is the crown jewel of the Aeon projects. Club Aeon's indoor features include a luxury lobby, basketball court, fitness facility, children's playroom, and entertainment area. Moreover, Club Aeon features a six-themed pool, the first of its kind in the Southern Philippines. 

Lastly, the Tower 6— the Premium Residences will house the most luxurious units in the futuristic skyscraper on its top floors, along with an infinity pool and large office spaces. 

The resort-style residential project is currently in its pre-selling period, during which investors can secure the lowest possible prices on available units. Additionally, early investors are offered different payment schemes to match their current needs.

Soon, in the heart of Davao City, a revolutionary community will be established, one that fuses residential, commercial, and entertainment hubs.
